The Txakoli Amunategi Winery is located in a building next to the Amunategi Mayor Farmhouse. It was built to carry out the work of the farmhouse cellar in 1849. At the beginning of the 2000s, the cellar was rehabilitated to house more modern facilities, although the traditional typology of the building was preserved. The current modern facilities are entirely made of stainless steel, with automatic temperature control and inerting systems.
The current facilities of the Amunategi winery are exclusively used to make our Txakoli Amunategi, with the grapes from the surrounding vineyards. The winery is equipped with advanced technology to produce white wine. We have a maximum production capacity of 28,800 liters, divided into 4 tanks of 5,000 liters, 3 of 2,500 liters, 1 of 1,000 liters and finally 1 of 300 liters. Likewise, the winery has a bottling room and a warehouse.
